Terms of Service
Who you are buying from
TARGOO is a shop run by one person: [YOUR FULL LEGAL NAME], [YOUR REGISTERED ADDRESS], [BUSINESS REGISTRATION / TAX NUMBER], email [YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS]. There is no call centre and no other company behind this. Products sold into the EU are covered by our EU responsible person under Regulation (EU) 2023/988: [EU RESPONSIBLE PERSON NAME AND ADDRESS].
How a contract is made
Putting items in a basket is not an order. When you place an order we send you a confirmation email acknowledging it; the contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. If we cannot supply something, we will tell you and you owe nothing — with cash on delivery there is nothing to refund because nothing has been taken.
Prices
Prices are shown in [CURRENCY] and [include / exclude] VAT. Delivery and any cash-on-delivery fee are shown before you confirm the order. If a price is obviously wrong — a decimal point in the wrong place — we will contact you rather than quietly ship or quietly cancel.
Paying
Cash on delivery means you pay the courier when the parcel is handed to you. No card details are taken when you order and nothing is reserved on your account. [ADD ANY OTHER PAYMENT METHODS YOU OFFER.]
Delivery, returns and guarantee
Delivery times and costs are in the Shipping policy. Your 14-day right of withdrawal and the two-year legal guarantee of conformity are in the Refund policy. Both form part of these terms.
Using this site
Do not order in someone else’s name, and do not copy the photographs or text on this site for your own shop. Descriptions and photographs are as accurate as we can make them; colours vary between screens and small dimensional tolerances are normal on hardware.
Complaints and disputes
Email [YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS] first. We aim to reply within one working day and to settle complaints within 14 days. The European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform was shut down on 20 July 2025, so there is no ODR link to give you; if we cannot agree, you can approach the consumer protection body or an approved alternative dispute resolution entity in your own country, or go to the courts. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer under the law of the country you live in.
Governing law
These terms are governed by [YOUR COUNTRY] law. As a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it. Last updated: [DATE].
