                  How long it takes

                  • Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within [1–2] working days.
                  • Items come direct from the makers rather than from a warehouse inside Europe, so most parcels arrive within 7 to 15 days of dispatch. Every order gets a tracking number, and it starts updating a day or two after the parcel leaves.
                  • If tracking has not moved for 10 days, email us. We will chase the carrier or send a replacement — you have still paid nothing at that point.

                  Cost

                  Customs, VAT and duty

                  Since 1 July 2026 the EU charges a customs duty of €3 per item on consignments worth up to €150, and the €150 duty exemption no longer exists. That duty is owed by the declarant, not by you.

                  Option A — you pay VAT and duty yourself: The price you see includes EU import VAT and the €3 per item duty. The courier will not ask you for anything beyond the order total.

                  Paying at the door

                  The courier takes payment when they hand the parcel over. Have [cash / cash or card — check with your carrier] ready. You may inspect the outside of the box before you pay, and refuse it if it is damaged.

                  If nobody is home

                  The carrier normally tries again or leaves the parcel at a pickup point and tells you where. Parcels that are never collected come back to us, and we will email you before doing anything with them.

                  Wrong or incomplete addresses

                  Please check your address before ordering. If a parcel returns to us because the address was wrong, we will send it again once the postage is covered.
