About this shop
A one-person hardware shop
No warehouse, no team, no invented history. A short list of tools bought direct from the makers, posted to you when you order, and paid for at your door.
Why this shop exists
The same tool, without the four people who usually take a cut of it.
Most hardware reaches you through an importer, a distributor, a wholesaler and a retailer. Each has rent to pay and a margin to make, and by the time the tool is on a shelf near you it costs several times what it left the factory for.
This shop skips that. We find the factory, order the item when you order it, and have it posted to your address.
The trade-off is real and worth stating plainly: it takes a couple of weeks rather than a couple of days, and we cannot service a tool or hold a spare part for you.
Cash on delivery is how we keep that fair. You are not paying for the wait, and if the parcel never turns up you are not out a single cent.
About this shop
One person, a short list, no warehouse
TARGOO is an independent one-person shop. There is no showroom and no stockroom behind it, just hardware picked one item at a time and posted to you from the factory when you order.
Asking a stranger to pay up front and then wait is a lot to ask. So we do not ask it. You order, it comes, you pay the courier.

Cash on delivery
Ordering costs you nothing
Buying from a shop you have never heard of is a fair thing to hesitate over. So we took the risk out of it entirely: you are never out of pocket before the parcel is in your hands.
You pay nothing today
No card number, no deposit, no "reserve it now". Placing the order costs you exactly zero.
You can turn it away
If the box looks wrong when the courier hands it over, do not take it. Nothing has left your pocket.
You can still change your mind
14 days from delivery to send it back, for any reason at all. That is EU law, not a favour.

How things get listed
Nothing goes up automatically
There is no feed pulling in thousands of products. Each item is added by hand, which is the only reason the range is short.
- 01We order one firstBefore anything is listed, one is bought and opened, so the photos and measurements come from the actual item.
- 02Specs get written outSizes, materials, what is in the box. Where a figure is not confirmed, the listing says so.
- 03If it disappoints, it comes downWhen returns or messages tell us something is not as good as it looked, it gets removed rather than discounted.
How it works
Three steps, money last
No account to create, no deposit, no card stored anywhere.
Order it
No card details, no payment. Just an address and a confirmation email.
We send it
Straight from the maker, tracked from the moment it leaves. Follow it the whole way — and you still have not paid a thing.
Pay at the door
Hand the money to the courier once you have the parcel. Not before, and not if you turn it away.
An honest comparison
Where we win, and where we do not
If you need it in your hand this afternoon, the shop down the road beats us and we are not going to pretend otherwise. Here is the whole picture.
| This shop | Local hardware shop | Big marketplace | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Paid before you receive it | Nothing | Full price | Full price |
| Price level | Factory direct | Retail markup | Varies, plus platform fees |
| Typical wait | Usually inside two weeks | Same day | 2-7 days |
| Who answers a question | The person who runs the shop | Shop staff | A ticket queue |
| Right to return | 14 days, EU law | 14 days | Depends on the seller |
The one column where we lose is speed, and cash on delivery is how we make that fair: you are not paying for the wait, you are just waiting.
Straight up
What we do, and what we do not
A small shop cannot do everything. Both halves, written out, so nothing is a surprise after you order.
Pay on delivery
Nothing is taken when you order. Any cash-on-delivery fee is shown before you confirm.
Photos of the actual item
The pictures on a product page are the thing you get, not a lookalike from a catalogue.
Specs written out
Sizes, materials and what is in the box. If we do not know a figure, we say so instead of guessing.
Tracking on every order
Sent the day it ships, so you can see where it is rather than wondering.
14-day returns
Your right under EU consumer law. We do not make you argue for it.
Questions answered first
Message before you buy. It is quicker for both of us than a return.
And the things we cannot do
No warehouse in Europe
Everything posts from the factory, so it is a couple of weeks rather than next day.
No trade accounts
No invoicing, purchase orders or credit terms. It is a small shop, not a supplier.
No repairs or spare parts
If something fails inside the return window we replace or refund it. We cannot service tools.
Before you order
The questions we actually get
If yours is not here, message us. We would rather answer it than have you order the wrong thing.
Do I really pay nothing until it arrives?
Yes. Pick cash on delivery at checkout and no money moves when you order. You pay the courier at your door. If you are not in, or you decide against it when you see the box, you have paid nothing and owe nothing. Any cash-on-delivery fee is shown at checkout before you confirm.
When will it get to me?
Most parcels arrive within 7 to 15 days. Items post direct from the factory rather than a warehouse nearby, which is the trade-off for the price. Tracking reaches you the day it ships, and since you have not paid anything yet, the wait costs you nothing but time.
Why is it cheaper than a shop?
Because there is no shop. No premises, no staff, no stock sitting on a shelf. You are paying for the item and the postage, and nothing else.
Can I send it back after I have paid?
Yes. Under EU consumer law you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from the order, for any reason. Message us and we will give you the return address. Unless the item is faulty or wrong, the return postage is yours to cover, which is the standard rule.
What if it arrives damaged or wrong?
If you can see the box is crushed before you pay, just refuse it at the door. If you spot a problem after opening, send a photo within a few days and we will replace it or refund you, without asking you to post it back first.
Is this a company or a person?
It is an independent shop run by one person, not a registered retail chain. Full seller details are in the footer and on the contact page, as required. Ask anything you want to know before you order.
